The 2012 Cop-Fit challenge is a go for August 25 at 09:00. Even if you are not going to compete, we could really use the support and any volunteers to assist with counting reps for participants. It is a really fun event and great chance to get together and meet others from your LE community.

"The challenge is hosted by the Colorado Association of Arrest Control Trainers (AACT), and will be held at the Aurora Police Department training facility, 13387 E 19th Pl, Aurora 80045.

This is a short and intense physical challenge to test your physical and mental toughness. It is designed to push your entire body in a manner that is consistent with the combat readiness needed for a real-world fight. Classes are set up for both Men and Woman warriors and into three age brackets: 21-30, 31-40, 41-up."
