Combat Conditioning gem


 On the Combat Fitness note: Dug up this little 30-35 minute beaut…….
No rest between exercises.  Repeat cycle three times.

Eliptical:  4 minutes with increased resistance every minute

Treadmill:  3 minutes / 2% grade / .4 -.5 mile  distance

Bag work: ten elbows each arm / ten side-kicks each leg / six 4 punch bursts

Kettle Swing: 10 reps / 45lb

Squat/Press: 10 reps / 35 lb plate (squat down and at the top, press the plate military style

Sit-ups: 15 reps

Push-ups:  using push-up bars / 15 reps close grip

Leg-lifts: 15 reps

Push-ups:  using push-up bars / 15 reps wide grip

Bench-Bridges: 15 reps with 25 lb plate

Burpees: 5 reps with jumps
