top, press the plate military style
Sit-ups: 15 reps
Push-ups: using
push-up bars / 15 reps close grip
Leg-lifts: 15 reps
Push-ups: using
push-up bars / 15 reps wide grip
Bench-Bridges: 15 reps with 25 lb plate
Burpees: 5 reps with jumps
