Pretty good video, albeit a little grainy/choppy: I like
that there was minimal re-action time by the officer who fired. He quickly and
efficiently Identified/Prioritized the imminent deadly threat, Neutralized it,
and Controlled it...(INC).
"The suspect, who was no stranger to trouble, got into a fist
fight, then stabbed a man before police arrived and ended the violence..."
