Inattentional blindness for a simulated real-world assault

In the Tactical Knife Options class w talk about "Perceptual Blindness" and what a person physically is able to see under Combat Stress.  Perceptual Blindness is also known as Inattentional blindness.  Here is a good article on the subject:
